Restart Of New Vissel Kobe With "KOBE SPIRIT",From Kobe To The World. Vissel Kobe Finishes The Season With Rising Mood.

New owners, Crimson Football Club Inc. began to operate the club, with an aim to make Vissel Kobe become "The World's No.1 Sports Club." Yasutoshi Miura became technical director, Ivan Hasek became new head coach and the Turkish international Ilhan Mansiz joined the club.
This new Vissel managed to win its first match.
While the number of spectators increased, performances were inconsistent.
Hiroshi Kato became the new head coach in mid-season.
In the 2nd Stage Vissel finished in 8th place with a record of 6 wins, 6 losses, 3 draws after acquiring Cameroon international Patrick Mboma and other players reinforced the forward line. Vissel enjoyed wins in the last two games of the season.
Ryuji Bando scored 17 goals in league matches and ended in 3rd place on the top scorer ranking.
Bando scored 20 goals in the 2004 season including cup competitions.
